The source code (in Metrowerks C) for PDF-Blit, and the associated MW Pro 5 project file, plus .rsrc file for linking, are being provided in this folder, pursuant to the terms of the Aladdin license, also provided herein.
Some SIOUX files (and others, listed in the ANSI folder of the Pro 5 project file), which are part of this project, are not included here for copyright reasons. (Copyright for these files belongs to Metrowerks, Inc.) YOU ALREADY HAVE COPIES OF THESE FILES IF YOU OWN METROWERKS CODE WARRIOR. Therefore their absence here is without consequence.
The latest PDFLib library files can be obtained from www.pdflib.com.
Future revisions of PDF-Blit will be based on the use of CLibPDF by FastIO Systems. This is in part because of the more liberal license that FastIO provides, and in part because of the superior feature set of CLibPDF compared to PDFLib. PDFLib is a good product but does not support text compression, reentrant page editing, or custom graph plotting.
Note that the enclosed source code is Copyright 1999 by Kas Thomas and may not be used for anything other than personal non-profit use. This code is being supplied here solely to meet the terms of the Aladdin License.
